These terms apply when you use OnlyEvents as an applicant.
1. Platform Nature
OnlyEvents is a technology platform that connects event organizers and independent applicants. Applicants are not employees of OnlyEvents.
2. Applicant Responsibilities
By using OnlyEvents, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Confirm availability only if you are fully committed
- Attend events professionally and on time
- Follow event rules and organizer guidelines
3. Payments
Payments are processed after attendance is verified. OnlyEvents may deduct a platform commission before disbursing payment.
4. No-Show Policy
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
OnlyEvents is not responsible for:
- Event cancellation or changes made by the organizer
- Organizer behavior or disputes between organizers and applicants
- Any injury, loss, or incident at the event location
- Delayed payments caused by organizer-side delays
6. Account Termination
OnlyEvents may suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
